Font help!

So... I've always thought of myself as computer literate, until I started all of my DIY projects. Here's my question... I uploaded font from dafont and now have unziped the file. But, how do I go about USING the fonts? Do I need to do something on word? Do I upload it someplace?? Please somebody help me!!

Yes, you need to drag the font file to your "Font Folder" under my computer (I think). Make sure Word is not open when you do this. Once you drag & drop - open a Word doc & it should be there!
