So, I completed my first DIY project today. I thought it up before I found this webpage, but the DIY forum motivated me to go through with it. Once I had all the supplies, it went very quickly! My wedding theme is seaglass... and I decided to make seaglass placecard holders...

So... I can't figure out how to post images... any help and I'll post them...

Anyway lack of pics means I will describe. I bought seaglass (teal/blue) and attached craft circular paperclips... to make my place card holders. They really are adorable!

I bought the seaglass at world market (they sell them in large glass cylinders for 10 dollars). I bought a lot of seaglass from Michaels (for the tables) but the world market seaglass is the largest and is best for this project. I needed 60 pieces, and I got just enough out of one jar. I got the spiral clips from Ebay (for 2 dollars for 60!). And then I used a hot glue gun to attach. The key is to find the flatest edge or else they'll bend everyway but straight up!

Good luck and borrow if interested!!
