I found a dress I really like for a good price on Perimart.com. Its over half off the other sites I have looked at. Has anyone ever ordered from Perimart ? If so, how is the quality of thier dresses? And how is the shipping? The only thing that concerns me is that they are based in China.

Any help would be great,
