My Shower Host Gifts (PICS)

I can't believe my shower is coming up this Saturday! They decided to have it early in the year so we can enjoy the warmer weather. It gets cold here in Minnesota early! We are having a family picnic/BBQ and shower all in one. There are 7 people helping in some way or another. After lots of inspiration from BDW I decided to do a little DIY host gift.

 

The supplies:

 

I used PowerPoint to create thank you tags. I bought off white paper with shimmer for printing. I cut the tags with a 2" fiskers round punch and then punched a smaller hole at the top for the ribbon.

 

Here's a close up of the front of the tag (the back has a thank you message):

 

I went to Michael's and bought the lavender draw string gift bags and filled each of them with a few small jars from Penzey's Spices: Penzeys Spices Home Page. I tried to choose something I thought each person would enjoy to personalize it. Finally, I tied a tag on each bag with various ribbons.
