i just got back from a huge shopping trip. My fridge is now stocked with lots of healthy stuff.

 

I'm so excited about BL4 starting this week!!!

 

my only worry is that thursday night I have a work dinner at the best restaurant in town. we usually have lots of wine & amazing desserts. I'm going to skip the alcohol & dessert and just get a veggie meal for the 2 courses.

 

Then friday is a dinner at my bosses house. Social things are the hardest for me when I'm eating healthy.

Morgan, social situations are a huge downfall for me too. And of course, next weeked we'll be away all weekend for a wedding, so there will be lots of eating out, wedding food, and the rehearsal dinner, YIKES!

I'm going to join, I haven't sent my payment in yet, but I'll just have to be super strict all week and try my best over the weekend to not totally blow it!

for real - I've been eating like a beast this week since it's my last bad week for a while...and I've lost 3 lbs! I know it's just muscle bc my body fat has gone up 3%, but seriously!!!!!

it can't start soon enough! it's that time of the month and i've been eating everything in sight ... probably gained back at least half of what i lost in BL3!
