ok ladies, I joined the gym, changed my hours at work so I can get there in the morning when I am more motivated to working out, so here I go.

I watched some of that. It made me cry. I have never seen that show. That lady Jillian is scary. When she picked up that father daughter at the police station she was pushing them in the car and the poor guy is like 400 lbs.. I hope they do well.

I watched too - and I want the police man to win right now (that may change). He seems to want it too - so I am cheering him on!

I just use my cellphone 2 and email to myself. It was too much of a PITA to take a pic on my digital camera, so much easier to just use cellphone.
