For the paper and even the envelopes try paperandmore.com I bought the card stock, rsvp evelopes, the "boarding pass" holders (a7 himalaya) the outer evelopes, agenda paper (we are enclosing an "agenda") enough for over 75 invites with extras for an excellent price samples are cheap and shipping is free (on samples) the product is amazing cheapest I have found.

You can also buy perforated cardstock. A quick google search sent me to this link: - PerforatedPaper.com.

 

You will still need the corner punch, though.
