Hi Melissa,

 

Yes you definitely still need to do all of the paperwork and the pre-canna classes. All paperwork has to be submitted from your own parish priest to the Diocese in Cancun 1-2 months before the actual wedding date. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'd be happy to answer them.
