Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

i got this recipe from a friend but have not tried it yet.

MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

• 1 Coffee Mug
• 4 tablespoons flour(that's plain flour, not self-rising)
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
• Small splash of vanilla

 

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well.

 

 

Add the egg and mix thoroughly.

 

 

Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.

 

 

Add the chocolate chips (if using) & vanilla, & mix again.

Put your mug in the microwave & cook for 3 minutes

at 1000 watts.

 

 

The cake will rise over the top of the mug,

but don't be alarmed!

 

 

Allow to cool a little, & tip out onto a plate if desired.

EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to share!)

 

 

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe

in the world? Because now we are all only 5

minutes away from chocolate cake at any time

of the day or night!

I never knew that my dreams were realty...personal chocolate cakes in minutes...who knew?? I have to try this...

I bet this would make a great little gift!

You could put all of the dry ingredients in a little cellophane bag and then put it in a pretty mug. Attach a little note card with the other ingredients and how to make it. How cute would that be!

Amir has to do a recipe for school every weekend this will be it. I will add a piece of hershey's for the melted center. Will let you know how it turned out.

Kinda reminds me of the little betty crocker microwaveable cakes- but homemade! Looks yummy and oh so dangerous!
