Wow Casey I am sorry that you are going through this! His "Dad" definately sounds like a douche, I am sure you know your FI and he probably thinks the same thing. Definately dont tell your mom or his mom - they would want to kick his "Dad's" @ss!!

I cannot believe your fiance's dad would bring that up. What an a@#hole to do that especially knowing that he's in love and getting married. I wouldn't want to have anything to do with his father period. You have better things to deal with instead of the stupid crap that comes out of his father's mouth. I'm glad your fiance told his father that he had other things to do to avoid the subject. Yeah I'm thinking he should've told his father off about trying to get him to cheat on you behind your back. He should've just told him that he's not like his father to go out and cheat. You should talk to your fiance about how you feel and that it simply bothers you. But don't get mad at your fi, he might not have the kind of relationship with his dad that he feels he can call him out on things like that. I know where you are coming from but you are missing out on a beautiful country by not going. I have been lots of times and have never seen any old man with an 8 year old unless they are related.

Also not everyone that goes there goes for that - a lot do - too many in my opinion but not everyone.

My dad lives in Bali and there is no way in hell he falls into that category, most of them that do are german believe it or not!
