Monthly title change - Bandwagon Style

Hey Mods!

 

We had a fun*o*licious Friday and started playing with user titles. It gave us old married ladies a fun way to burn points.

 

A few funny animal pictures later, it was suggested we do this monthly.

 

Our questions are:

1) will is step on anyones toes? We certainly don't want to interfere with other monthly doings.

2) will it use forum resources for 30+ people to change their name in a day?

3) will it be bad to exclude junior members who don't have the points to burn?

The first one is either going to be super heroes (Admiral Awesome, Super Ferret, Major Biotch, etc) or song lyrics from the 80s.

That kind of thing. Avatars and siggys might change to match. You know how we get sometimes, especially on Fridays! If we can find an animal that matches, even better!

I know it's totally dependent on forum resources, and appropriateness, especially as those with fewer points won't be as readily able to get in on the action, but...

 

We could have such fun with this!

Even more incentive for having random chats on Fridays- you can earn points talking about our random title/siggy changes. Sounds like a perfect system to me.
