How do you pronounce your user name?

Okay... I miss Alyssa. She always has these great little surveys...

 

But I got to thinking the other day, there are all these fantastic people, and I assume I know how they pronounce their user names... but maybe I don't.

 

I mean, I always assumed that Yari was Yahr-ee (like jar). But maybe it's Yay-ree. And Monicaswave... always assumed it was Monica's Wave; but maybe it's really Monica Swave... or Monica Swav-ay.

 

Me? I'm just becks. Like the beer.

 

So, c'mon. How do you pronounce yours?

Hahahaha, I am just plain old Carly. I do know that Yari is actually pronounced Yadi though, from a previous posting somewhere...

Mine's pretty easy! HappyGilmore...like the movie cause my new last name will be Gilmore, plus FI has used HappyGilmore for EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's such a good point! I always guessed it was Yari like Jar with a "Y" plus the "ari". Mine is easy too, I'm Pug. My name is Andrea pronounced AND + rea.

Mmmm I like beer :0) Mine is Ray-ka as in a ray of light. Rae is my middle name and I found it while researching for our DW Raeka is a little girls name in mexican.

Okay, so back to Yari... I get that I got the consonant wrong. what about the vowel? Is is Yah-dee or Yay-dee?

Now I'm going to have to stalk this thread until she clears it up.
