Welcome!! I am also a Dreams Cancun Bride!! :-)
if you look in the Invitations, STD section of the forum, you will see that I recently posted my Boarding pass STD's.
I just sent them out on Friday.
I designed them from a Template I got from on of the girls on here, Becks. and I also designed my own Tri Fold folder.
I had them printed at a copy service, on Card stock paper and that cost about $85 for 160 copies....I also bought orange translucent envelopes that were really awesome and a nice touch and they were about $26 for 100.
All in all I spent about $110 on them...and it was worth every penny :-)
That is just my experience...Alot of other DW brides made them and I'm sure you'll get different input :-)
