Oh I had nachos with ground beef, melted cheese, pico, guaco and sour cream. It was the most unhealthy lunch EVER. But Luke sure loved it!!

Have you ever had Italian Nachos?

 

Johnny Carinos and Macarroni Grill used to have them.

 

It's fried pasta dough that maked little fluffy pillow chips, marinara and alfredo sauce, italian sausage, fresh parmesan, fresh basil, chopped tomatoes, olives, and pepperoncini. Talk about fatty fabulous delicious-ness! It's the best of both worlds!

 

I'm craving some right now!
