90210

I guess I am hoping it is Bradon because I always thought they were so good together. I understood why they didn't have them get married but I was so sad they didn't get married.

I did watch priviledged and liked it but I agree its just a fun show to watch nothing I would be upset about it being gone.

doug is SO not into 90210. he left the room again sad.gif if they dont cut back on the crazy-excited-dramatic over-acting soon i might decide i'd rather hang out with my hubby. even tho i'm getting addicted to the new 90210, it is a little melodramatic for me, i think i'm undecided right now.

i recognized her, but she did look bad, and i hope it was just makeup sad.gif i was thinking it was a little over the top that the very first time we see her in this version, she has a drink in her hand. for us fans of the original, we have the background to go with that, but i thought new fans might not get it and wonder who this crazy drunk is.
BTW I totally think the dad is Brandon, they really made it sound like that tonight.
I liked it, I think they are trying to set up more story lines for the younger people so we'll see how those pan out.
me too, and i have felt like they are introduing so many different story lines and resolving them so quickly, i guess to set a base. maybe they will re-visit them later but for now they are laying the groundwork.

i forgot about that! and yes sams curly blonde mop and steves history would totally work together. but i would be sad if steve and janet had broke up too.

the reason i think it is brandon and NOT dylan is because in all the interviews i've read with shannen doherty lately she keeps saying how brenda will never fight over a guy again. so it couldnt be dylan, cause her and kelly would break up their new-again freindship, but she cant fight over brandon since its her brother, gross! KWIM??
Did anyone watch the Privileged show? I recorded it but didn't watch it yet.
i watched the first half, loved it, but had to go to sleep, i was so tired and i have to get up at 315am for work sad.gif

The Bubble

Harry (Rob Estes) reveals that West Beverly's theater director is no longer able to direct the school musical, "Spring Awakening," prompting Tabitha (Jessica Walter) to offer her services as the new director, much to Annie (Shenae Grimes), Harry and Debbie's (Lori Loughlin) surprise. Tabitha's approach with Adrianna (guest star Jessica Lowndes, "Greek") doesn't go over well, so Kelly (guest star Jennie Garth) convinces Brenda (guest star Shannen Doherty) to take over as guest director of the play. Kelly and Brenda get into a heated conversation about Kelly's involvement with Ryan (Ryan Eggold) and how it may affect her son. Dixon (Tristan Wilds) is worried about the family's financial situation and talks with Nat (guest star Joe E. Tata, "Beverly Hills, 90210") at the Peach Pit about a part-time job. Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) confronts her father's mistress and is shocked when she learns the direction in which her parents' marriage is headed. Annie is still upset with Ty (guest star Adam Gregory) and agrees to a date with Ethan (Dustin Milligan), only to be disappointed by its outcome. Michael Steger and Jessica Stroup also star. Sarah Pia Anderson directed the episode written by Dailyn Rodriguez.

The Naomi girl was about to break a blood vessel! She had crazy eyes and flared nostrils in every scene! Her exaggerated face almost reminded me of something you would see on SNL, it was a little over the top!

I think that's kinda the thing with new shows. Did you ever watch friends? If so, rewatch the first season. Their characters were grossly one dimensional and certain personality traits were crazy over the top. Same with Sex in the City. I just think they tend to take a new series and they focus on creating an interesting story line and characters that we can easily recognize. In the next season, that's when we generally get to see the characters evolve and grow. So let's hope it goes to Season TWO!
