HELP- In desperate need of a tag template

So, I was so proud of myself because I started packing my OOT bag items last night and l just realized that I didn't create tags for them so I know who's bag is who's!!! Some of the bags contain different things (and the number of items are different) so I need to make tags with the guests' names and maybe even our logo (or a starfish, anything at this point).

 

I started searching the site and can't seem to find any. Does anyone have a template for tags I can use? Thanks in advance!!

 

I feel like I'm going to loose it any second now, what else can I have possibly forgotten to do......

Thanks for posting these, but I think they are a too large. Worse case scenerio if I don't get another template I'll use these and cut them in half.
