Consumption Bar Budget advice?

I think it looks great. I agree with no champagne toast. I prefer to just toast with what I have. You see so many glasses go to waste. We had champagne, but only because it was part of the package.

 

also, the reception night isn't the only night for people to party. It's not like a traditional wedding where you drive in & want a big party the night of the wedding because that is it. With a DW there are so many nights to take multiple shots & get wasted, so hard-core drinkers can take it easy for the night & drink a beer.

I think the drink menu looks fab! With all those choices, I bet no one will miss the hard liquor.
