OOT bag contents - **Master List of Possible Items**

Recommended Posts

I actually found powdered bloody mary mix at Home Page. I used mini containers that I found at dollartree dollar stores that were 8 for $1! The bloody mary mix is $8.00 for a small tub. It took me 2 tubs to make 30 of the small containers. (ok, ok so after one particularly tough friday night I opened one tub and made a few bloody marys. Just add vodka or tomato juice and vodka, pretty tasty) I labeled them with my logo labels. (free from vista print) They turned out cute!

You might consider buying a big vat of powdered drink mix and put them in the small containers if you are on a budget.

Why not do both if you are really worried about what people will like?

Also, what about doing something like chasers or something I just found some coupons for, called Drinkin Mate, they're alkaseltzer type fizzy tabs that I believe you put into water. Here's the website and I believe they are giving away free samples right now if you wanna try them and see if they work. Drinkin' Mate: Home

5 hour energy is great for when you're tired but is definitely risky when you're dealing with people that are hungover and dehydrated from drinking and being in the sun. The last thing you want is your guests to be having heart palpitations and anxiety attacks. (I've been there, it is not a pleasant experience).

Just a thought.

This weekend I found some bags at Michael's that I thought would work well for OOT bags. They are kind of a cerulean blue color with lighter blue shells and starfish printed on them. The base of the bag is round (about 10" in diameter), and they are about 12" high with some decent handles (8" or so?). Now they are NOT canvas but they are a great lightweight material, kind of like the reusable grocery bags I guess. For $2.50 each, it makes a nice bag to take to the beach and not worry about getting it dirty or having to pack it. Just thought I'd share! I will try to post a pic, but I'm not sure I can yet..
