I know most of us bought it at Bannana Republic. Have you tried there? I would also say try JCrew and Tommy Bahama. I will try to research some now for you.

We got ours at Mens Warehouse.

 

You may have trouble finding the lighter suits and linen in stores now because the season is changing. The flip side is that you can probably find some good sales.

This was a hot topic with FI and me. We've been engaged since New Years and I begged him to look for linen suit for sooo long. Well, this month he decided to start looking and most stores were already out of linen suits. They laughed at us at Men's warehouse and at Macy's when we asked about linen suits.

 

Needless to say I was soooo mad at him. We finally found this place where he ordered his suit from.

We ordered ours from Ferrecci on Amazon. They will be here this week if you'd like to see pictures...they were about $70 for suit jacket and matching dress pants, in tan.

that was my plan, to go to mw and check what they have, we have only just started planning this. we might have to buy online then.

We ran into the same problem a few weeks ago but luckily we tracked a suit down in Virginia from a Banana Republic store and had it shipped. You could definitely afford to wait until the next 'season' of linen/tan suits come out. Every place that we talked to said the next season of linen/tan suits begins in early March...you could check with some of the stores in your area just to confirm. We would've waited but we would be cutting it too close!
