4x9 pocketfold..help!

So I must have chosen the hardest pocketfold do make! Does anyone have instructions on how to make a 4x9 landscape pocketfold? I have seen a few different websites with a template that shows the measurements but not step by step instructions, which I need because I cannot look at visuals and create something, it just freaks me out and I start cutting and folding and it turns out a mess.. I need to be walked through it:) Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
