so i finally got an email back..is anyone not doing the gazebo? to have it on the beach the starting cost is 250...

I just got an email from Emma the other day and im nervous too. It didnt seem like she knows what is going on. This is not good. Im just going to re-email all my past detailed emails that I sent to Elizabeth and sent them to Emma. In regards to the having to pay for the use of the beach.. thats crazy! Emma also changed the price of day passes. I was told by Elizabeth $70 for my photographer and make-up artist and now Emma said $75. I know $5 isnt much but still.. why the change. Im sure everything will work out, You just have to get there and deal with here face to face. Email wedding details is hard. I wish you the best of luck.

Does anyone have any pictures on the cake selections that come with that packages?

 

I was just reviewing my order and noticed that in addition to the flavour options of chocolate, vanilla, tropical fruits and 3 milk mexican cake we were suppose to choose a cake style from their selections however I never received anything on the available selections!

Hey Samantha, 

 

Have you spoken with Beauty Weddings about doing your own vows during the ceremony. I didn't know you couldn't change it at all. I find the script is so vague when it comes to the vows and ring exchange. What have you decided to do??

 

Is anyone else having the same thoughts??? I was expecting something a bit more personal and romantic.

Hi again Ladies,

 

So i have received another email from Emma, and now im not happy at all. She told me that I have to change the time of the wedding ceremony to an hour earlier when I have already worked our cocktail hour and photos aroud having the wedding at 3pm, not to mention it is on all the invitations that have already been sent out. I know an hour isnt a big beal, but why the change when I had already given my deposit and confirmed all this with Elizabeth months ago. What else is going to eb changed???

Then she proceeds to tell me that we actually cant have the italian buffet in the gala room, which again was decided with Elizabeth months ago. I dont have a problem doing the plated meal but we just didnt like any of there options. Has any one had the plated meals there?  Has any one had a buffett in a gala room? Please help..

I completely agree!!!  I have written to ask whether or not there are other things that we could incorporate while still keeping their requirements for the legal script.  Will let you know what I find out.

Hey girls, 

 

So I have since found out that my new coordinator has changed yet again, and I have to send all my information for the third time. The good news is, is that I am since finding out all of this new information and it looks like I might be making some changes. 

 

Originally I though that you could use the reception dinner from your package another night (welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner) and now I am being told that that is not possible, and that if you don't use it your wedding night it is forfeited. Has anyone else been given conflicting information? We are holding our reception for 43 people at the Chill Out Club so we won't be using the dinner in the package at all. Now I feel that the cost of the package is overpriced as I am not using a big chunk of the costs. 

 

I am also looking into getting married legally here, in Canada, opposed to there as it will save us some money and more importantly, we can use our own ceremony script (i hope, still looking into this). 

 

With all this being said, I was hoping to find out from the rest of you beautiful brides ... What are you doing for your packages? I am now thinking of choosing the 800.00 package and adding all the extras on that I want. I am not sure if it works out better that way as I am still trying to research it all. Has anyone else been through this process already or does anyone have an additional cost price list???

 

I feel like there is a better way to do this and I just don't know what it is at this point.

I am doing the reception at the Chill out also and yes I was told that I coulnd't use the meal for another night. What happend in my situation I have the 10 platinum suites book so I get the $800 dollar package free and I will add the extra's witch comes to around $600 roughly. I am also getting my legal ceremony here in Canada. Witch price list are you looking for? I do have one or 2. give me your e-mail adresse and could send you what you need. Thanks and good luck.
