My Programs and Fans...Done!

Recommended Posts

That's a great idea Christine! I think I ended up cutting out over 200 pieces when all was said and done. AND I embossed the front & back of each fan. These were VERy time consuming!

If you have a ton to do, me recommendation is not to do the fan shape and come up with something that has a template.
That's probably the route I will need to take based on the number of guests. Is your template handy or a place I can find one similar?

I'm just checking off one thing after another off the DIY paper projects list this week... I made my programs using Aylee's template. Here's her website: aylee. I used the same metallic crimson and metallic champagne paper that I've been using for everything else. For the front and back petal, I used Fiskars Texture Plates to emboss a filigree design. The wording is on the champagne petals. I opened the program in the opposite direction for the pics so the last names are covered... I also took inspiration from Rebecca and made Thank you tags for the white fans from Whiteaisle.com. I will put these at each place setting. Click the image to open in full size. • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
