I recommend that you have a look at Puerto Rico (naturally). There are many good reasons to have a destination wedding out here, including cost and convenience.

I would try to narrow down the location and then search for reviews on different resorts til you find one that suits your needs

We are getting married at the Occidental Grand Resort in Punta Cana. The planning so far has been pretty easy and I'm finding that the american dollar is very strong in the Dominican Republic and goes a long way. A lot of my guests are able to go since it isn't expensive. Good Luck!
