Welcome!

 

In researching a destination, be sure to ask if you can get married on a Sunday. In Jamaica it wasn't allowed.

 

If the date is really special to you, you can always get legally married here and have a symbolic ceremony presided over by a friend or family memeber.

thanks for your concern ErinB,

 

We are Jewish so we can't get married on the Sabbath, which ends at sundown on Saturday night. We are having a civil ceremony before and just a religious one at our destination. Should work!
