Prenatal pills = hair growth?? BUT not prego...

I started taking them about 5 months ago and my nails have been noticeably stronger and harder. my hair is super long to start but everyone keeps saying it looks like it grew a lot really fast.

From my experience both my hair and nails are growing like crazy! My hair already grew fast so it kind of ticks me off it's growing even faster. I wish my hairdresser was cheap, even she is amazed by my growth

nothing happening this end but that is probably because one day I remember to take them and the next I forget, never been good with pills of any kind..
