BELIZE honeymoon review

I am getting married at the Victoria House on Ambergris Caye in November and have been there many many times. It is by far the most luxurious resort on the island and the level of the service is unbeatable. I have not been to Blancanaux, but have read GREAT things about it. Any chance you could split your time between the island and mainland? They are really two very different places so offer different activities and atmosphere. On the mainland it will feel more rugged and junglish and on the island.. well, it's a tropical island... so you can imagine it's much more about water activities and cocktails on the beach. I have been going to Belize since I was a kid and would be happy to answer any questions.. just be warned that I am partial to San Pedro and especially to the Victoria House!

Totally want to honeymoon in Belize but I was so confused as to how to get there from the Riviera Maya.  Thanks for sharing!
