Riu Vallarta Wedding

Hi Mie! Welcome to the forum. WOW, May isn't that far away at all! You must be very excited. I'm guessing that you've confirmed and everything. Are you dealing with Andrea? I'm getting married at the Riu Jalisco in Oct and that's who I've been in contact with. I think she does some Vallarta weddings as well.

Thank you girls for responding. To be honest we just booked our trip in january. We have the confirmed date and time through email but still no word from a wedding coordinator. Melissa did the coordinator contact you or did you call them? I am kind of starting to freak out!

Yes we had a VERY DIFICULT time trying to reach her. Andrea is her name. My FH called the resort about 5 times... SHE WAS NEVER THERE. It was very frusterating. Do you have her email?

She finally responded to one of our 5 emails we had sent her. I know that doens't sound good. But now she responds instantly via email to me. Haven't had a problem with her yet. But I'm still crossing my fingers.

Welcome.. Wow we have quite a few brides getting married in May.. How's the planning going, I would assume you already found your dress, love to see pics of what you have so far.

I already have a dress and veil. I do need shoes though. I've been reading some posts about wedding shoes...would it be difficult to wear heels in sand? Also should i ask the WC about flowers? Do they usually have different types to choose from at the resorts? I am so clueless about all of this!
