On the site I ordered from, the A4 Envelope is 3 5/8" x 5 1/8"
I've never heard of "4Bar" before...

I used 4 Bar size for my DIY RSVPs. The RSVPs were 3 1/2 x 4 7/8 and the 4 Bar envelopes are 3 5/8" x 5 1/8".
