Help! Anyone recognize this dress?

I need your help. Back in February, I had tried this dress on and really liked it but didn't think it was THE DRESS. It still isn't but I would love it for my reception dress/TTD. I had saved the picture on my computer but forgot to name it by the designer and style number. Oops

 

If any of you recognize this dress and know the designer line, please let me know! I've been searching but just can't find it. It was probably part of the Spring line and most designers have switched to the Fall on their websites.

I don't know either, but it looks like it could be part of an "Informals" or "Destinations" line rather than a main collection. I wish I recognized the background-- that usually helps me!
