I did something similar... in a way I guess. I mailed out a package to my guests about a month ago, and it had a "contact card" that I made in it. I printed out emergency information like flight schedules, resort contacts like the general manager, and our travel agents info. I made it into a magent for our guests to leave with house sitter, baby-sitters (it is an adults only resort) or pet sitters- or whoever might need that info. while we are gone. Our guests really appreciated them!

Thankfully, none of our guests had an emergency while in PV but it eased their minds to have it in their rooms just in case.
