Photographer Review...Amy's scouting trip

Hey everyone,

 

I just got back from my scouting trip from PV. I'll email more later but I

wanted to talk about photographers...I meet with Carlos Melnik. His prices

were excellent and he is amazing person. His is so easy to get along with

and so welling to work with you. His pictures have a really artistic and

modern flare. I really love his pictures and his style.

 

Pictures are extremely important to me...I was so impressed with him...but I am going with another photographer named Roberto Ceballos instand.

 

I am going to be getting married at the Mayan Palace on Feb. 2008...they have an excellent photographer that the wedding planner recommended named Roberto

Ceballos...his website is Interphoto 2000. He has been doing

photography for over 20 years...he has so much passion. He got my camera

out and took pictures of me right there...they turned out amazing. I showed

them to people and they were amazed that he took it with my camera. I'll post the pictures that he took of me in another email.

 

I am going to use Roberto due to his experience and passion for

photography...even after all these years...he was so excited to show me

where I could take pictures in the hotel and possible photo ideas. He too

is very professional and welling to work with your ideas.

 

Both photographers have a very journalistic style of taking photography...I was really impressed by both of them. Plus their prices start at $800 to $1600 at the most...that includes the negatives. Amazing.

I'm glad to hear that you were impressed by Carlos Melnik. I found his website and I love his artistic pictures. I was a little concerned to hire him without any recommendations, but I feel better now.

I am not a particularly artistic person, but since I've been looking at photographers online, there is such a difference!

Is that Roberto guy the same one that shoots pictures at Las Caletas in Puerto Vallarta? Maybe they only have the same first names and I am thinking of someone else.
