Amy, I cant do it now. I just had four more shots in my spine yesterday (after two back surgeries, one procedure, 5 cortisone shots, blah blah blah) so I am on very limited exercise. But I would love to whenever this all gets better!! an awesome idea and I wish you all luck!!!! Kick butt everyone!

This sounds so fun and I would totally be up for it but I'm a little confused because I have never heard of this before. I already own an ipod video but it is the big one-not the nano. Do I need to buy a nano along with this program Or if I have that do you recomend me buying the other thing-the Nike + sportband? That doesn't give me the other stuff though that I hear right? Sorry if this is too many questions.

you need the Nike plus system - in canada it cost about $50 - you can get it at Nike stores everywhere - you plug a bit into your Ipod, then you put the other doo-hickey on your shoe in a little holder (how I use it). Or you can buy Nike shoes that the doo-hickey fits in.

 

(I'd love the Nike shoes that are meant for it, but I have fat feet and no amount of running can change that and slim down my D width feet to fit into B width Nike shoes... )

 

After your run, and you recharge/sync your Ipod to your computer - the Ipod is smart and it automatically signs you into (or brings you to) the Nike Plus site... So cool...

 

It is an excercise must have!

I would love to be a part of this, as long as I can use the nike system with different shoes (i.e. my adidas ones)? Does anyone know? I'm going to try to pick up the system this week. I've heard it's super motivating!
