Nike Plus

Hey Ladies,

 

I recently got a nike plus system for my IPOD nano... and I am wondering if any other BDW'ers use this?

 

I personally find it super motiviating and would love to set up a challenge - to keep us all motivated as we move toward our DW - and get our butts bikini ready....

I use it. I am training for the 3-Day breast cancer walk and I use this in combination iwth the new Garmin GPS watch. I love it as it talks to me through the head set as I hit each 5 mile marker. LOVE IT!!!!

I just saw this thread! I have one and was using it religiously when I was training for the Chicago Marathon. But then I got hurt. I loved using it. You are so right it is totally motivating and makes running fun!

What is the challenge? I am not running right now as I am training for a walk...and running is different. I am hoping once I complete this mid Sept, I will begin running again...then...yes... I wnat to do a /2 marathon next.

Lets do a distance challenge! Walking vs running, won't matter - I am training for a full marathon right now.... whatta u say!

Sure...let me find it and charge the Nano...training tomorrow night so most likely wont' walk until Sat. I will look up the site online to see what I need to do. I have been seriously slacking so hopefully I will get back into it! Sound fun!
