I am definitely feeling your pain. We are working on cutting back our guest list for the wedding -- we are currently at 225 and growing. Every week more people get added. Unfortunately, it's FI and I adding them, not his family (who I think has a total of 45 or something of the 225)! We are kind of counting on folks to not come (since they have to travel and everything), but everyone we talk to says they are in. Eek.
