Coupes and car seats

I'm looking to purchase a new car. I have a one year old son. I want a coupe. Does anyone have a coupe and a young child in a car seat? My family is telling me that it will be to hard with a 2 door car getting my son in and out of the car. What are your opinions or personal experience?

My FI has a scion tc. I hate it and he isnt a big fan either. He got it a year before we got pregnant. It can be a pain, but its ok. I know that if he were to buy a car today, he probably would pick a 4 door. I have a small corolla tho, so its not that much better.

As much as I love sports cars, I'm thinking this would be a huge pain in the butt. I have a small 4 door now and that alone has me muttering 4-letter words everytime I have to get Aiden in and out of his seat.
