This post is what Matt said regarding getting "banned." It was about something he said regarding the outrageous policy that Karisma resorts had and have since changed some... They didn't like it.

Ah, ok. Seems like they may not have ever actually been banned.

I also have a problem with the often-insane outside vendor fees (not surprisingly), especially when we stay at the resort. In fact, at every destination wedding I've done, I've stayed on property with the wedding party.

If a resort charges $500 to have an outside photographer, how much of the vetted/resort photographer's packages gets kicked back to the resort? $500? Jeebus!

Claudia up-charges for Karisma brides, and unfortunately its more than the $500 fee. Her 5 hr. package is $900 more..
