Ok soo this is crazy - I went to see see a house last night and loved it.... FI was out of town so I suggested he go and see it today at 3:30 ... needless to say he loved it.. we went and made an offer and it was accepted!

Holy Shit.. the only bad thing is that we close on October 30... 3 weeks to the wedding..
