Is it too early to expect my marriage license?

Hey gals-

When i got home on saturday, i had a certified mail delivery slip from USPS..you know the usual "sorry we missed you" notice...could this have been my marriage certificate or am i getting a little ahead of myself...it's only been 1 month since the wedding.

it says i have to sign for it when they redeliver or i have to pick it up.....

I didn't get married at ROR, but I still haven't received my licnese from Jamaica, so I would think that is early. But can't say for certain. ROR seemed to be better organized all around then Beaches, sorry no help here.

I got mine last week (only after I emailed Chandlyn asking her for it though). She sent it DHL not UPS (not sure if this is the case for everyone?).

oh...the notice i recieved was the post office...and it's certified mail, not registered...does that make a difference?

Come to think of it, I think ours came certified too. I remember hubby having to go to the post ofc to pick it up. So maybe yours is here!

i'll try not to get too worked up...it's only been a month....but oh how i wanna leave work right now and go straight to the post office!! hahaha

I hope it's here, but if it's not I suggest emailing Chandlyn. I got married May 16, my license says it was done on June 17. I didn't get it until over a month later and that was only because I emailed Chandlyn asking for it. So there's a very good chance that it's ready.

I'm soooo gonna sneak out of here early to go to the post office..lol.

oh and congrats on the baby Liz, i cant wait for one of my own, we're trying!!
