With my experience they look at your group size and suggest various spots. I did not have to pay extra for the terrace but I have 38 people. If you had a small group they may encourage you to use somewhere else.

From what I have been told by the WC, you do not get a "credit" for any other packages by meeting the room minimum. If you qualify for the free ceremony, all you get is the free ceremony. She did say that if you pay the $800 like we did for the deposit and you qualify for the free ceremony, then she will refund your money or apply it to extras. But that is ONLY when you are using the free ceremony (which is the equivalent to the Moonlight package). I hope that this helps!
