Help with OTC luggage tags please!!

I just got my luggale tags-the ones from OTC from another girl on this form-they are fine-noproblems. The PROBLEm is-I cant personalize both sides?? its like sealed on one side I can slide a piece of paer in one side-and the "back side" has a piece of "paper" in it but theres no way to slide it out!

 

Does this make sense? What am i doing wronghuh.gif
