My favorites are...

 

Weight Watchers snack cakes. one point each

Fruit of any kind

Kashi Go Lean oatmeal or cereal

Sugar free Werthers candy

Guacamole

 

Karen got me started on the weight loss kick last year. I feel so much better than I used to and I have lost 35 pounds so far. Snacking was my downfall before, but now I snack just as much but on better things.

I'm a terrible snacker... I buy a large bag of walnut halves and dried cranberries. I use the little "snack" size baggies and make up a bunch of grab bags. I take one to work for my mid-morning craving and a piece of friut (small bannana or apple) for around 4:00.. that keeps me full between all meals.

 

I saw on good morning america that walnuts have something in them that make you feel full.

 

I used to be a big snacker at night. Not anymore.. about 2 hours before bed, we brew a cup of bedtime tea that has calming and soothing affects.
