Spinning Inspiration? Calling all avid spinners!

with goodlife you will find that some gyms have better spin bikes then others. The bikes at Queensview are awesome and bum doesn't hurt so much the next day. Some other locations have older bikes and bum will hurt more

Good to know! I go to the Hunt Club location, and its a newer club, so hopefully I'll be okay. I plan to try it in the next couple of days so I'll give the booty report post-workout

K- Time for the post-spinning booty report! I went to spin class for the first time on Tuesday and I absolutely loved the workout! It was way better than I thought it would be! I do have to say that my tushie still hurts (2 days later) and that the seat was the worst part! Ouchie! I'll be going back for sure! Thanks ladies for pumping me up!

So funny because I was just about to do a quick search for gym classes in my area and I saw your post, so I had to check in.

 

The first time I went my feet & my butt hurt so bad, from the peddles and the seat, it was all I could think about. It's weird because after that first time, it really doesn't hurt anymore at all, I don't know why it stops after just going once or twice, but it does.
