I didn't get a good look at the products, but the ladies at the spa seemed to know what they were doing. None of us gave them any vision about what we wanted, we just left it in their hands, and we were all very happy with what they did. If you want something specific I suggest bringing photos as they seem to be very happy to be given some direction!

did you book appointments for the makeup application and hairstyling through the spa? i see that it is included in the wedding package, just wasn't sure if it had to be booked by us or does the coordinator do that?

I booked it all myself to ensure that we all got in at the same time and at the time we wanted. When we met with Anabel she just took down the time we'd be at the spa in case she delivered the flowers to the spa instead of our room.

Here are some pics of my hair and make-up, done by the resort. All my bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done there too and they all liked it.

My hair didn't look exactly like my inspiration picture, but I think it's still pretty. And they did the makeup better than my trials in the US.

Leslie your bouquet was gorgeous!!!

 

I don't have any pics back yet....I'll see if any of our guests has any. My two bridesmaids also had their hair and makeup done at the salon and love it! The only thing I recommend is bringing a picture if you have something specific in mind. The lady doing my hair didn't speak much english and didn't understand what I meant when I said I wanted a braid. We finally got it sorted but if I'd actually remembered the picture for her it would have made it much easier!

Oceanwonderful, Wow what a beautiful bride and wedding!! I hope my wedding at Dreams Tulum turn out just as good!!  Can you tell me where you did your ttd? The beach location looks sooo beautiful!! Also, where and what color were your chair bows? Thats the exact color im looking for!! Thanks so much!!

Did Dreams provide you with the canopy set up?  I love it! May I ask how much they charged for that?
