Hey Chantal ... great to hear from you ... we met very briefly as you were about to the leave the spa after you got your hair done (you looked absolutely gorgeous BTW!) ... I'm glad to hear everything went well ... I was so upset that it started raining just as you were about to leave the spa ... I was wondering how they were going to get you out of there! LOL ... can't wait to see your review and your pics *huGs* Suzanne

There are family photos, wedding/reception, boudoir, and trash the dress ... can't wait to see all of the pics ... but these were unexpected today and I'm just having so much fun looking at them and remembering all of the fun we had.

Suzanne, thank you SO much for posting your wedding review and your pics from Misti. Based on your review alone, I've been in contact with her to book her for my November wedding (I'm SO far behind in planning/organizing). Your pics are so great...the black/white of all the kids holding hands brought tears to my eyes - gorgeous!!

Hi Suzanne!!! I wish we had had more time to chat :-) We luckily had all brought umbrellas as we were expecting it to rain! I still can't believe the sun came out 50 minutes before our beach wedding, we were so lucky. You looked beautiful too, I saw you on your wedding day while you were getting photos done!!!

I put the actual review thread here: Wedding Reviews - Best Destination Wedding Forum and then came back here and linked to it ... because I know I lived in this folder while planning and such ... and I didn't know my way around the forum so I didn't read as many reviews as I could've ... can't wait to read your review and see your pics *huGs* Suzanne

Maggie ~ You're welcome! I just LOVE the "pay-it-forward" atmosphere on this forum ... and I am committed to sticking around to help for many years to come.

Misti was one of the best decisions we made ... period.

Oh that is so sweet, thank you! I think it really is because I am pretty laid back about this whole wedding shindig, lol! It is my second marriage, and I had some reservations about having a big to-do - I would have loved for it to just be the two of us in front of a judge. But it is my FI's first marriage, and I want to do right by him. I think once I got over my insecurities of getting married a second time, I jumped on board the planning train! Now he's probably like, Oh God, let's go back to the judge idea, lol!

That being said, I am still pretty laid back, and I like the idea of the WC's at Dreams taking care of most of the details, and just showing up at the resort. I am starting to plan the OOT bags, get the photog (thank you!) and I at least have my dress, heehee! So far there are about 40 friends and family members coming, so I think it is a perfect sized affair.

We are taking my five year old daughter along as well, so I am happy to be going to a family friendly resort. Did any of your children use the Kids Club?
