I had something very exciting happen this weekend. FI and I purchased a condo a few weeks ago and my co-op is on the market. This weekend, I received not one, but two offers on it! The buyer I went with is going to be putting 50% down, so financing should not be a problem! I'm so relieved! The thought of having two mortgages was just so scary. As long as everything goes well, I should only have one overlapping month! I'm so excited! smile123.gif

I hope so. FFIL is really having a tough time at the hospital right now. We're at that crucial point where we need to see his numbers jump up soon. He's getting so depressed, I feel so bad for him. But I think you're right. I think this is the beginning of an upswing!
