Moon Palace Bride

Just wanted to introduce myself and hear from any other Moon Palace brides. Just wanted to say there is so much great information on this forum and I appreciated everyone's advice and knowledge.

 

Anyway...down to the good stuff... My fiancee and I have booked February 21,2008 at the Moon Palace - exactly one year from today!!

Thanks! and congratulations to you too! I am very excited hear your review and see any pictures you are able to share when you get back. I feel confident in our choice of MP - a little worried about how huge it is and the bad beach reviews but very happy with the gazebo selection and responsiveness of the wedding coordinator. I also think the horse drawn carriage is so fairytale and perfect. We are likely going to have a large group - maybe 120 attending and the MP seems to be able to accommodate that size of wedding group with no problem.

 

What is the plan for your wedding day? are you having a private function?

i'm also planning a wedding at MP. you've met lenita, and we are all anxiously awaiting her review! there are 2 other MP brides on the forum, cariandnick (cari) & gunde (shelly).

Yes- we're doing a cocktail hour with Mariachi and Buffet. We only have 52 guests coming though. I can't imagine trying to accomodate 120 people. Hopefully, they all stay at MP so you won't have to worry about the day pass fee.

Welcome to the forum! Glad to hear you picked your location and date! The Moon Palace is a great place to get married. We are all anxiously awaiting Lenita's wedding so that we can see pics, but also b/c we are so excited for her that her big day is finally here. You will get lots of info on this site and even though I am a cabo bride feel free to ask any questions. Good luck with the planning!
