We might be buying a house!!!

I'm so excited, I'm about to pop! We aren't really even looking, this one just kinda fell into our laps. We were hoping to get serious this fall, but we may be on a much tighter time frame now.

 

The house is actually on that DH used to live in in college. They tried a thousand times to get the owner to sell it and she wouldn't. Now, it's been vacant going on 2 years and she is apparently desperate to get rid of it. She's come down 30K from her original asking price!

 

It's 2000 sq ft. with 2 full baths, 4 beds, and new everything - roof, furnace, AC, remodeled kitchen, fenced yard, etc.

 

It is at the very top of our price range but is in move in condition. There are of course some cosmetic things I would like to do, but nothing that would stop me from buying.

 

I need everyone to send us lots of happy $$$$ thoughts. We need to get approved for the loan and get lots of envelopes as presents at our AHR! LOL
