About the Area?

I'm trying to put some info on our website and I'm kinda stuck. We're getting married at The Excellence Riviera Cancun. Now, when I try to find surrounding areas I'm getting confused, some places say Puerto Morelos, some say Cancun. So all you Mayan Riviera experts (lol) would anyone be able to direct me to some info about the area around the Excellence?

It is in the Rivera Maya, but right outside of Puerto Morales. This is not Cancun.
