Project Runway!

I was so nervous watching the runway collections...You'd a thought I had a collection being shown....can someone say Nerve Wrecking!!! Well I really loved Korto's collection and Leann's...but I was hoping for Korto to win..but that's fine I know we will see her line somewhere real soon if not already...Leann's look was very innovative but I felt the waves were soooooo over done..but hey everyone likes different!

I was sooo nervous too! I actually told my FH that if he was going to sit on the couch with me he wasn't allowed to give ANY comments or say a word about the show! (He usually makes fun of it all!).

He was surprisingly well behaved tonight. Kenley could've taken a lesson from him.

Did you hear her say "I guess I should've talked better to him" when they announced Tim Gunn was the guest judge??

 

SO GLAD SHE DIDN'T WIN! And besides, I wouldn't wear anything she showed down the runway.

I couldnt wait for tonight. I actally loved all three lines. I LOVED one of Kenley's dresses, the white/cream one with the flowers painted down the front and the tool under the skirt....LOVED IT. I knew Leanns line would win tho and I was hoping it would. it is totally inovative.

 

You know they actually show 4-5 designer's collection from the seson show at the tent. Only the top 3 are shown on project runway. There were actually 6 designers that showed this year. Heres a link to pics of their collections.

I'm glad they didn't just send Jerrel off after all that work so he still got to show his line.

I really love Korto's collection though. LeAnne did great, but I think I would've voted for Korto.

I loved Korto's. She did a great job. While I liked Leann's I got kinda bored with all the same wave stuff over and over again. Each piece was way TOO similar.

 

Thanks for the link to see all the designer's collection. Thank goodness Suede got kicked off. HIs line was HORRIBLE. If he can make a model look oddly built, he shouldnt design clothes.

Man am I glad that Suede and Joe did not make it to the final!!!! I still think that Jarell should have been there instead of Kenley! I just dont like her stuff! Maybe because it's not at all my style!

 

I was really torn between Korto and Leanne since they were both fantastic with very different approaches. Leanne was very innovative while Korto truly understands a woman's body! I would absolutely wear everything she made and could actually pull it off being a curvy woman that I am!

 

I love this show!

I finally just watched this episode tonight. I was pulling for Korto. I like Leann, but her collection got boring for me fast. At least Kenely didn't win. She's such a brat!

My cousin told me about the link, so I'm glad I could share. You girls are so right, Suede's line totally sucked big ones and Joes was just....regular. Jerel's was different, but the 3 girls were actually pretty good in my book.

 

Jessica I would totally buy the dress too. I was thinking were would I wear it, LOL. Oh well. I hope they all get a nice little jump on their career.
