MIB - Canada?

I am going to do the message in a bottle for invitations... but where in Canada can I get this? I was going to use Hanson Ellis, the shipping would be expensive. I ordered a sample (one bottle) and it cost almost 17 for shipping... So I'm looking for Canadian sources for my MIB. I orginally chose Hanson because of the etching, but if I can get a Canadian source I might be able to get the bottles each for .15 per letter or just forgo the etching. Why does everything have to be sooo expensive?

I was looking at using Sand Blast Entertainment. Not sure on the shipping yet, but I did send them an email to get a quote. I will let you know what the shipping quote is. They have plastic and glass bottles there and the sand.

for my son's birthday party invitations. They could easily be made into wedding invitations and the shipping wasn't bad at all!

No help for specific Canadian sources, but if you are willing to DIY them, we got our glass bottles from a store that sold supplies for homemade beer and wine. We then printed our scrolls on parchment, burned the edges, put a little sand in the bottle and voila! MIB! The materials weren't that crazy expensive, and we got exactly what we wanted!

Hi there. I am from Canada too and couldnt find a Canadian supplier so I ordered from Sand Blast. It wasnt too expensive. Just ask them to send it USPS rather than UPS or you will get dinged hard with brokerage fees. good luck

Thanks for the info. I still have not heard back from them yet, but it is still good to know for when I do order them.
